Your account

Use Progressly lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt the service, access another person’s account, probe its systems without permission, or submit content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringing.
Your content
You keep responsibility for the identity statements, actions, and other text you enter. You grant the service operator permission to store and process that content only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve Progressly.
Not professional advice
Progressly is a reflection and follow-through tool, not medical, mental-health, financial, legal, or other professional advice. Choose commitments that are appropriate and safe for your circumstances.
Availability and changes
The service is evolving. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the service will meet every need. We may update these terms as the product changes, and continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
